What We Offer

Ultimate Solutions offer UV varnish, white, monochrome & CMYK inkjet print engines. These Industrial Inkjet Solutions can be retrofit to existing narrow / mid web printing presses.

These solutions provide an in-line facility for producing either embellished, Tactile / Braille or Opaque UV white using variable data & changing pdf / full-colour images. This is either on pre-printed or plain label stock. Feature’s being of particular interest to print buyers needing brand embellishment, market, language or product variations. Other equipment types that can be upgraded to include an inkjet module are off-line converting systems & inspection machines.

We supply to a number of different market sectors including Direct Mail, Pharmaceutical, Financial & Security. This enables us to supply the ‘ultimate solution’ for the application complete monochrome or CMYK printing solutions including all standard converting options; the simplest version being roll-to-roll production.

Our customised printing solutions can include UV flexo / Digital varnish, die-cutting, coupled with many proven processing and converting features. Please contact us for all available options.

Why choose us

Operating Speed

Operating speed is from 0 – 200m/min, depending on printed design, number of colours and type of industrial inkjet printing system used.

The standard UV monochrome / CMYK inkjet print engine is capable of 50 m/min 600 x 600dpi using 3 grey levels, by reducing the resolution we can run up to speeds of 150 metre’s a minute.
